Butterfly Knife Tricks
 1- Flip Opening and Closing

One of the most basic butterfly knife tricks, that is easier to learn is flip opening and closing of the knife. For the flip opening, all you need is to adjust the simultaneous movement of blades with your wrists while keeping control over the safe handle. This flick will result in blade opening with 360-degree rotation. Flip closing, on the other hand, is exactly the opposite, where you will need to flick your wrist away in backward direction to send the blade towards the handle.  you must not forget to keep your palms open so flipping blade has enough room to roll back into its concealing handle.

2- Basic Swirl
This is another one of the most popular basic level butterfly knife tricks.  To perform it you should start with reverse grip holding the bite handle, then throw the safe handle and blade out to open while keeping the safe handle adjusted over the small finger. Once opened the blade can move between both handles. To swirl back simultaneously you should let safe handle slip through your finger while flicking it in the opposite direction that will take it back to concealing handle.

3- Pinwheel
It is slightly advanced but one of the popular butterfly knife tricks that require a lot of practice to master. To perform it, You will need to hold the knife in a horizontal position with tang pins pointing towards the thumb. Now while keeping a tight grip on the safe handle and drop the bite handle with the blade in the lock position. Flip around and shift to hold bite handle upward that will lock it to the closed position.
